Sometimes you aren’t ready to hear what you need to hear. Your next big step, the seed that will bloom into a life changing idea, does not have the soil it needs to grow. Not yet. Sometimes the most important work is the work that goes unseen. It is the tilling of the soil, the readying of your mind that will cultivate the most growth. That growth cannot happen until we are ready. So what can we do to help this process? Be open to it.

It might be the simplest and most difficult thing to do. When we come up against a time where we feel, we know we can do more, our reaction is to make it happen! There are moments where making it happen stunts our potential, but if we can let it happen and be open to the process, the ground of our mind will be tilled into the perfect place for growth.
